This confidential programme, led by top-tier executive coaches, offers a rare space to explore these complexities within a trusted peer group. Grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Principles and Emotional Intelligence theories, it fosters self-awareness, resilience, and clarity. Personal Consultation: Uncovering Your Leadership Drivers

Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation, designed to uncover the unique Drivers shaping your behavior and decision-making (a core concept from Transactional Analysis), setting the foundation for your personal growth and leadership development.
Group Coaching Sessions

Six Intimate Group Sessions: Navigating Leadership Together

Building on your psychological drivers, themes like navigating difficulty, leadership style, and resilience are explored through a mix of evidence-based frameworks & participants' real-world examples. Led by two executive coaches and enriched by peer discussion, sessions offer practical insights, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen leadership capabilities.
Midway & End-Point Sessions

Individual 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Reflection & Growth

Alongside your initial consultation and drivers assessment, this programme includes two additional individual coaching sessions with both coaches: a midway check-in to reflect on progress and a final session to consolidate learning, insights, and growth.
